CAITLIN MORAN

Everywhere today, I  have seen the face of Caitlin Moran. She is in the literature spot right now, here in Sweden. She was participating in "God morning Sweden", in most newspaper`s I red, she was at the literature-program, Babel and our teacher Lasse, talked about her in the lecture t-day. Right now I`m looking at her on youtube. Caitlin has done an impressive class journey: she is the eldest of eight siblings and has a working class background. She wrote her first novel at the age of fifteen and started writing for the music magazine Melody Maker in the age of sixteen. For many years, she writes TV criticism and columns in The Times, which she received several awards for. And now she has written this highly acclaimed feminist novel, which makes me want to spend my saved money right away. I predict that it will be this year's Christmas gift to us women.
