LUNCH TODAY


Hot, hot salad..

Så fort det blir soligt får jag lust att göra sallader, när hungern kommer. Idag var inget undantag. Jag tog vad som fanns i kylen, och det resulterade i en kräftstjärtsallad med chili och diverse grönsaker. Min heta sallad: Kräftstjärtar, rödlök, chili, sockerärtor, röd paprika, olivolja - Fräs detta i 10 minuter. Häll på citronsaft, salt och peppar. Lägg upp på ett fat och blanda i ruccola och röd mangold. Toppa med fetaost och basilika. Serveras med grovt lantbröd. 

As soon as it gets sunny, I really want`s to make salads, when the hunger comes. Today was no exception. I took what I found in the fridge, and it resulted in a crayfish tail salad with chili and assorted vegetables. My hot salad: Crayfish, red onion, chilli, snow peas, red pepper, olive oil - Fry it in 10 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place on a dish and mix in ruccola and red chard. Top the plate with feta cheese and basil. Serve with coarse country bread.
