All journeys have secret destinations,

Vilken semestertyp är du? The Beach Tomato`s härliga semestercollage med fokus på olika semestertyper, (i detta fallet kändisar) får mig verkligen att drömma iväg. Jag gillar att lära känna landet inifrån, och inte från hotellet och restaurangerna som lever för turismen. Att bo i ett land ett tag, umgås med lokalbefolkningen, kanske till och med bo hemma hos en urinvånare, och få reda på alla lokala vattenhål - det är så mycket roligare. Ett exempel är att gå till den lokala restaurangen, istället för den kända trattorian på torget, även om just det stället är fullbokat varje kväll. För mig stavas semester, UTFORSKNING. Resan skall ge något extra. Kanske nya kontakter, nya vänner, ny inspiration, en förnyelse, ett framtida jobb (!?) Våga gå utanför din comfortzone. På de flesta av mina resor har roliga saker hänt, dörrar har öppnats, kontakter har knutits och jag har många platser där jag kan bo i världen, alldeles gratis. Mycket pga att mina ögon har varit vidöppna, mitt sinne har sökt efter möjligheter, och för att jag har kastat ut krokar, vilket oftast har gett napp. Var och hur man då väljer att utforska är individuellt. Oavsett vad det blir så finns det alla möjligheter för en resa, med oanade resultat eller konsekvenser, om du vågar leta efter alla destinationers hemligheter.
What kind of vacation type are you? The Beach Tomato`s lovely holiday collage with focus on different holiday types (in this case, celeb), really makes me dream away. When I`ll travel, I`ll like to know the country from within, not from the hotel and restaurants that lives on tourist money. I`ll like, if it`s possible, to live in the country for a while, hang out with the locals, maybe even live in their houses, and find out the local (for example) restaurant spots that usually is much better then the best tourist trattoria, even if it`s full booked every night. People just don`t know better, or they are lazy. For me a holiday spells EXPLORATION. The trip simply must provide something extra. Maybe new contacts, new friends, new inspiration, a renewal, a future job (!?). Dare to go beyond your comfort zone. That`s the keyword. On most of my trips, really interesting and fun things happened, door have been opened, and I`ll have today many places in the world where I can stay for free whenever I want to. This is because my eyes have been wide open, my mind has been looking for opportunities, and I`ll have no fear, meeting new people. I`ll have merely thrown out the hooks, which usually find a bite. Where and how people choose to explore is really individually. Whatever it is, there is every possibility of a trip with unexpected resaults or consequences, if you dare to look for the destination secret`s.
