En av världens största modebloggare, Scott Schuman ligger bakom dessa foton från Rio de Janeiro, staden som kanske inte direkt är förknippat med mode, utan mer avslappnade beach-munderingar. Dessa bilder säger något annat, och målar om modekartan från tropikerna. Starka färger, varvas med bohem attiraljer, kilklackar och material som trä, snäckor och sten är vanliga inslag i en medveten Rio-donnas modegarderob. Tyvärr fann jag inga chica Rio-gentlemän på Scotts blogg, utan ni får nöja er med beachshoots på herrar med brunbrända kroppar, hawaii-skjortor och plastiga solglasögon. Inte fel det heller 8-)
One of the biggest fashion/photo blogs in the world is called The Sartorialist, and the editor behind, Scott Schulman have been taking those smashing images from Rio de Janeiro. You might not associate the city with high fashion, more likely you`ll think about casual beach outfits with hawaiiana-flip flops and sarongs with the brazilian flag on it. These picture say`s something else, and are repainting the fashion map from the tropics. Bright colors, interspersed with bohemian accessories from wood, shells and stones are common element in a wardrobe, from a conscious donna from Rio. Unfortunately, I didn`t found any gentlemen from Rio @ Scotts blog, but I`m sure you`ll be content with these summery beachshoots on guys with bronzed bodies, Hawaiian shirts and blue plastic sunglasses. Not bad at all 8-)
