Jag bara måste skriva om den talangfulle designern/modisten Patrik Selling. Då och då är jag en frekvent minglare, och jag träffade Patrik just på ett sånt där gratisätande, goodibagsmingel för Blogkeen, på restaurang Bliss förra året. Naturligtvis hade han ett centralt bord på modemässan Fresh Fish i våras, och om du nu har vägarna förbi Malta fashion Week (DENNA HELGEN), så kommer han att hålla till där också. Patrik har ett stort intresse för måde mode och hattdesign vilket man kan se på hans hattverk, som är en mix av modernt och traditionellt snitt. Han inspireras framförallt av materialet säger han. Själv älskar jag dessa hattbilder (Fotograf: Eva Quirbach, Hår och makeup: Regina Törnwall, Stylist: Merit Haukland), och visst var det en häftig kontrast med modeller som är tatuerade?
Oki, let`s take a peek, shall we, at the established, but still upcoming hat designer/milliner Patrik Selling. First time I met him was @ the blogkeen mingle last year at BLISS, and then he had a table at the fashion fair (Fresh Fish). If you have the ways around Malta Fashion Week this weekend, I`m sure you will bump in to the talented dude, because, YES, he is there to (!). Patrik has a big interest in both fashion and hat design, which is displayed in his design where you can see that he has an understanding of modern and classic design. One of his big inspirations in the making is the material itself; it can be the color, the pattern or the texture. I`ll just love these photoshoots with (Photographer: Eva Quirbach, Hair and makeup: Regina Törnwall, Stylist: Merit Haukland) really beautiful hatpieces, and the fact that the model has tattoos all over, makes an differentiate contrast in the pics.
