TOMORROW-NIA

Tomorrow I will go with Emily, Lisa and Lotta on NIA-workout. My friend Lisa is a trained instructor in the NIA, which is an American training-form for all ages. Oh what fun it should be. I need to kick off the weekend with lots of sweat, laughter and movement
