Yulia Tymoshenko was the Prime Minister of Ukraine from January 24 to September 8, 2005, and again from December 18, 2007 to March 4, 2010. She is the leader of the All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland" party and the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc. She should also have a golden star for her elegant outfits and her braid that is attached around her head that has become one of her signum.
