Today we had a Christmas dinner for relatives and once again I stood in the pots. Yes I really loved it!!

I served the soup to them again today but also I cooked roast pork with bacon, cranberry and rosemary, and a sauce made of cranberries, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and cream. It was a wild flavor to the entire dinner - very north of Sweden.
