TIME FOR DINNER

One of my main interests in life is to cook. Perhaps it could be because I attended a chef school that was based in Italy and Sweden. Here is a taste of how a dinner with Angelica can be.

MENU
Chicken that is marinated in garlic, lemon and oregano,
served with fried potatoes with freshly
ground black pepper and roasted
tomatoes and a yogurt and cucumber
sauce in Greek style.


If there is a lot of smoke from the pan, do not worry - good heat for fried potatoes is the basis..

To my dinners there has to be a nice wine - I love red wine. More more full-bodied, tasty and complementary to the food.

This wine is incredibile - from Chile - 1964 (!)


Bon appetit and eat slow, light up a candle
and enjoy dinner a la Angelica..
