2008-2009 I lived half a year in Brazil and worked with young mothers from the street who lived in a home called Abrigo. In her spare time we went to Rio de Janeiro and was hanging on the beach Copacabana and Ipanema.
I also made heavy braids - had a bit of a hippie period at that time..

The beach is full of vendors of all kinds. This man selling coconut and lime shrimp to me..
This little boy - Vinicius. was the son of one of the mothers who stayed at the Abrigo. We took him and his mother to copacabana in February 2009.
